Take Exit 169-50th St.
Turn Right on 50th St.
Turn Left on Phinney Ave.
Turn Right on 49th St.
Continue past Swedish Hospital on Left.
Turn Left immediately past Wells Fargo onto Tallman Ave.
Turn Right into the parking lot at Tallman Medical Center.
From the South (N I-5):
Take Exit 169-45th/50th St.
Continue towards 50th St, turn Left onto 50th St.
Turn Left on Phinney Ave.
Turn Right on 49th St.
Continue on 49th St., will become Market St.
Continue past Swedish Hospital on Left.
Turn Left immediately past Wells Fargo onto Tallman Ave.
Turn Right into the parking lot at Tallman Medical Center.
